What we take on
Residences above ₦50 million, in Lagos and Abuja, with clean title and an owner or developer who can evidence their authority to sell. Below that threshold, our sister platform iGetHouse serves the same standard of verification for the mid market, and we will introduce you.
We are deliberately selective. A buyer who trusts the portfolio is worth more to every seller on it than a portfolio that lists everything.

Professional photography from our own visit, a written verification record that answers a buyer's questions before they ask, exposure to a diaspora buyer base that most local agents cannot reach, and a transaction handled through escrow so your buyer completes rather than hesitates.

Within two business days we tell you whether it fits the portfolio, and if it does not, we say why rather than going quiet.

Title search, ownership confirmation and a physical inspection. This is at our cost, and it is the part that takes the longest.

Photography, listing, and direct handling of every enquiry. You are not chasing agents.
