Why we exist
Nigeria has no shortage of property listings. What it has a shortage of is certainty. Most platforms are classified boards where anyone can post anything and the buyer carries every risk.
Prestigia is the opposite arrangement. We take on the verification burden before a residence is published, we curate rather than aggregate, and we accept that this means a smaller portfolio. A smaller portfolio you can trust is worth more than a large one you cannot.
We handle residences above ₦50 million. Below that, our sister platform iGetHouse serves the same standard of verification for the mid market.
